1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ztudy (accessible via website, subdomains, and mobile applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Ztudy is developed, maintained, and operated by Bright Techno Solutions ("we", "us", or "our").

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an educational institution, coaching institute, school, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Services Description

Ztudy is a comprehensive educational institute management operating system providing services including, but not limited to:

• Student admissions, enrollment management, and academic records.
• Fee scheduling, offline/online collection receipts, and automated payment reminders.
• Attendance tracking, batch sync, and parent communication via portal, SMS, and Email.
• Examination scheduling, report cards, and AI-assisted question paper generation.
• Role-based access control for administrators, teachers, accountants, and staff.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To access the platform, institutes must create an administrator account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities occurring under your administrative and staff accounts.
• Ensuring that staff, student, and parent records uploaded to the system comply with applicable laws.

4. Customer Data Ownership

Institutes may export their data at any time in standard formats (e.g. CSV/Excel). Upon subscription termination, all institute data can be permanently erased upon written request.

5. Billing, Trials, & Payments

Ztudy offers free trials and tailored subscription plans based on student capacity:

• Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required.
• Subscription Fees: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as agreed in your customized quotation.
• Taxes: All fees are subject to applicable GST and local taxes under Indian tax laws.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Ztudy.
• Use notification channels to dispatch unsolicited spam or non-educational promotional broadcasts.
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or illegal materials to the storage system.

7. Service Availability & Support

We target 99.9% uptime across all operational cloud infrastructure. Standard support is provided via WhatsApp and email from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to administrators in advance.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
